8-1-7: DISPOSAL OF OTHER ITEMS:
Boxes, papers, tree cuttings and all odd articles shall be crushed and/or bundled in lengths not to exceed five feet (5') and not to exceed fifty (50) pounds in weight, except articles in special hauls. (1961 Code)
