8-1-4: DEFINITIONS:

GARBAGE: Shall be interpreted to mean all putrescible wastes except sewage but excluding recognizable industrial byproducts.

REFUSE AND TRASH: Shall include all waste materials. (1961 Code; amd. Ord. 272, 12-5-1973, eff. 1-1-1974)
