7-4-13: CONSTRUCTION OF TANKS:
The design and construction of tanks shall conform to generally accepted good practices and shall be approved by the clerk. Tanks labeled by the Underwriters' Laboratories and tanks conforming to the standard generally accepted good practice. (1961 Code)
