7-2-2: TIME OF FILING:

A. The 4th Of July application for a permit to sell nonaerial common fireworks shall be filed with the city clerk on or before April 1 of the calendar year for which the permit is sought.

B. The December 31 application for a permit to sell nonaerial common fireworks shall be filed with the city clerk on or before December 1 of the calendar year for which the permit is sought. (Ord. 552, 3-9-2011)
