All those portions of the city of Kellogg, Idaho, commonly known and designated as follows:
East One-Half (E 1/2) of Block Twenty-two (22), West One-half (W 1/2) of Block Twenty- three (23), East One-half (E 1/2) of Block Twenty-nine (29) all of Blocks Twenty-eight (28), and Thirty-five (35) of the City; all of Blocks One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) of Sinclair's Addition to the City; All of the Bitner Tract, which is adjoined on the East by Block One (1) of Sinclair's Addition and on the West by Blocks One (1) and Three (3) of Weber's Addition to the City; All of Block Three (3) of Tract C and all that portion of Tract C which has a frontage along Station Avenue for a distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet and is bounded on the East by Division Street; that tract or parcel of ground which extends East a distance of three hundred fifteen (315) feet from the intersection of Station Avenue with the East side line of Division Street and having one hundred twenty-seven and ninety four one hundredths (127.94) of frontage on Division Street; Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), and Nine (9) in Block One (1) of Brown's Addition to the City; and commencing at the Northwest corner of the Division Street Bridge, thence westerly along the course of the Coeur d'Alene River, a distance of two hundred (200) feet; thence northerly parallel with Division Street to the south line of Mullan Avenue; thence easterly on the south line of Mullan Avenue to the west line of Division Street; thence southerly along the west line of Division Street to the northwest corner of the Division Street Bridge; and commencing at the point of intersection of the north line of Railroad Avenue with the east line of Division Street; thence east a distance of one hundred fifteen (115) feet to a point; thence northerly to the southeast corner of Lot Fourteen (14) in Block Eight (8) of Rutter's Third Addition to the City; thence along the southerly side line of Lot Fourteen (14) of Block Eight (8) of Rutter's Third Addition to the East line of Division Street; thence southerly along the east line of Division Street to the point of intersection of the north line of Railroad Avenue with the east line of Division Street; Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block Eight (8) of Rutter's Third Addition to the City; Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), in Block Four (4) of Rutter's Third Addition to the City; the northerly one-half of Block Five (5) and Six (6), of Rutter's Third Addition to the City and the southerly one-half of Block One (1) and Two (2) and all of Block Three (3) of Rutter's Third Addition to the City; all of Block Seven (7) and Eight (8) of Rutter's First Addition to the City; and commencing at a point one hundred fifteen (115) feet northerly of the intersection of the west line of Division Street with the northerly line of Cameron Avenue; thence Westerly on a line parallel to Cameron Avenue to the northwest corner of Lot Twelve (12) in Block Ten (10) of Sunnyside Addition to the City; thence along the westerly line of Block Ten (10) and Seventeen (17) of Sunnyside Addition to the City; to a point one hundred fifteen (115) feet southerly of the south of Cameron Avenue; thence easterly parallel to the south line of Cameron Avenue to the point of intersection with the west line of Division Street; thence northerly along the west line of Division Street to the point of intersection of the west line of Division Street with the north line of Cameron Avenue; are hereby established and designed as the fire limits of the City.
