6-7-3: OBSTRUCTIONS ON CITY SIDEWALKS:

It shall be a misdemeanor for any person, firm or corporation to place any display signs, merchandise, or other obstructions in such a manner that restricts the unobstructed portion of any city sidewalk to less than five feet (5') in width. (Ord. 439, 4-14-1999)
