6-2-7: CITY NOR OFFICERS NOT LIABLE AS RESULT OF ENFORCEMENT:

This chapter is enacted for the protection, health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the city, and neither the city or any lawfully authorized or deputized individual enforcing, or aiding and assisting in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable in a suit for damages in connection therewith. (1961 Code)
