6-1-1: DEFINITIONS:

Wherever the term "firearms" is used in this chapter, it shall mean any instrument used in the propulsion of shot, shell, or bullets by the combustion of any type of gunpowder, or compressed air or other gas, or by spring propulsion. (Ord. 429, 3-12-1997)
