5-17-9: RECORDKEEPING DUTIES:
The operator shall maintain for a period of four (4) years records in such form as the city clerk/treasurer or his/her designee may require to determine the amount of tourist home related tax owed to the city. The city clerk/treasurer or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect such records at all reasonable times. Such records shall be maintained at the operator's premises or shall be available for delivery to the city clerk/treasurer or his/her designee within one week after request. (Ord. 581, 5-11-2016)
