A. Permitting Process: Upon receipt of a completed application and receipt of the requisite fees, the building official or his/her designee shall verify:
1. Number Of Bedrooms: The number of bedrooms; and
2. On Site Parking Required/Space Per Bedroom: The location possesses adequate on site parking allowing for at least one parking space per bedroom up to a maximum of three (3). All parking associated with a short term vacation rental shall be entirely on site, in the garage, carport, and driveway or otherwise off of the public street.
B. Verification: Upon verification by the building official, or his/her authorized designee of compliance with subsections A1 through A2 of this section, he/she shall sign the application and shall issue the permit. (Ord. 581, 5-11-2016)
