5-2-4: TO KEEP AISLES OPEN AND LOBBY OPEN:
No persons, other than ushers in the employ of the theater shall be allowed to remain standing, and no chairs or seats shall be permitted to remain within any of the aisles, passageways or in the lobby of the theater. (1961 Code)
