Before operating a theater within the city a license therefor shall be obtained from the city clerk. The application for such license shall describe the premises intended to be used, shall state the names and addresses of the owner of the premises and of the proprietor of the business, shall have sufficient evidence in connection with such application to establish that said theater and its equipment and method of operation do and will conform with all building, zoning, electrical, health and other applicable regulations of the city and the state of Idaho; and shall contain such other information as may be deemed necessary or advisable in the form of application which shall be furnished by the city clerk.
