A carnival, operated on the streets or in a vacant lot or place other than in a building, shall be required to take out a license for each merry go round and other apparatus giving rides, at the rates hereinbefore provided for the same, and in addition shall pay a license at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per day for every booth, stand or game.
