5-1-1: LICENSE TO BE OBTAINED BEFORE OPERATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to operate, engage in or carry on any business, amusement or device as referred to in this chapter without first obtaining a license therefor from the city clerk. (1961 Code)
