4-6-3: HEARING:

In the event an occupant or owner desires a hearing on the matter, he may notify the council in writing within five (5) days from date of notice and a time and place will be set for the hearing. The running of the time required for compliance shall be held in obeyance until the matter is decided. (Ord. 225, 3-8-1967)
