A. Snow Load:
1. Roof: The minimum roof design snow load shall be forty (40) pounds per square foot. Exception: Manufactured home approval by HUD. (Ord. 481, 12-11-2002)
2. Ground: Ground snow load shall be fifty six (56) pounds per square foot. (Ord. 549, 12-8-2010, eff. 1-1-2011)
B. Building Permit Not Required: A one story detached accessory structure used for a tool and storage shed, playhouse, and similar uses shall not require a building permit so long as it is less than two hundred (200) square feet, measured from outside eave to outside eave, and meets setback requirements.
C. Frost Protection: The minimum depth for frost protection purposes, from ground surface to bottom of a footing, shall be thirty inches (30"). (Ord. 481, 12-11-2002)
