4-1-9: CIVIL ENFORCEMENT:
The city, through its authorized agents, may initiate injunction or abatement proceedings or other appropriate action in courts of competent jurisdiction against any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter to prevent, enjoin, abate or terminate violation of this chapter. (Ord. 346, 6-11-1986)
