4-1-2: DEFINITIONS:
   A.   Wherever the words "Municipality" or "City" are used in said codes, it shall be held to mean the City of Kellogg.
   B.   Wherever the term "corporation counsel" is used in said codes, it shall be held to mean the attorney for the City. (Ord. 346, 6-11-1986)
