3-1-3: EX OFFICIO POLICE JUDGE:
The city clerk of the city shall be ex officio police judge of the city, and in such capacity shall have the same jurisdiction, powers and duties as are now, by the operation of the statutes of the state of Idaho, vested in police judges of the cities of the second class. (1961 Code)
