2-4-3: TERMS:
Planning and zoning commissioners are appointed for four (4) year terms, and:
   A.   Members may be appointed to successive terms without limitation.
   B.   Members shall be selected without respect to political affiliation.
   C.   Should a vacancy occur in a seat, other than through expiration, appointment to fill the vacancy shall be made for the remainder of the term otherwise attached to such seat. (Ord. 561, 7-10-2013)
