The Kellogg planning and zoning commission shall consist of five (5) members. The mayor shall appoint these members, with the consent of a majority of the city council as provided by state law. Appointed members may be removed as provided by state law. Four (4) members shall be residents of the city of Kellogg and one member may be a resident within an area of city impact jointly agreed upon with Shoshone County. (Ord. 561, 7-10-2013)
