It shall be the duty of the commission to review all complaints or changes relating to traffic and pedestrian safety within the city and to make recommendations for projects designed to increase safety in pedestrian, school traffic, and general safety within the entire city. All recommendations, findings, and determinations shall be forwarded to the mayor and council for final action and approval. (Ord. 436, 7-15-1998)
