The commission shall hold four (4) meetings each year with additional meetings scheduled as necessary. A majority of the appointive members of the commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at any meeting. All meetings shall be open to the public. A written record of its meetings, resolutions, findings, and determinations shall be kept, which shall be a public record.
The commission may require the attendance at any meeting of such other city officials as it may deem necessary. (Ord. 536, 2-20-2008)
