The traffic safety commission shall consist of nine (9) members to be appointed by the mayor, with consent and approval of the council. Members shall be selected so that there shall always remain in the commission: one school district 391 transportation director, one member of the Kellogg city council, one Kellogg superintendent of public works, one Kellogg chief of police, one Kellogg planning and zoning administrator, one Kellogg city clerk, one Kellogg fire official, two (2) Kellogg citizens.
Members shall serve at the pleasure of the mayor and the council or upon resignation. Letters of resignation shall be submitted to the chairman of the commission who will forward the letter to the mayor for action. (Ord. 436, 7-15-1998)
