               7.   Certificate of installation or assurance of such for construction of improvements by County Engineer, Board of Health or Kelleys Island Council Village Engineer (see also, 151.122 and 151.126).
               8.   Certificate of County Sanitary Engineer.
               9.   Certificate requiring future connection to a central water or sewer facility when either or both become available as determined by the Erie County Board of Health or Sanitary Engineer.
