§ 151.117 MONUMENTS.
   (A)   Streets. On streets monument boxes shall be placed along the centerline of streets, at street intersection, and at every point where there is a change in curvature or direction. Such monuments should be placed upon completion of street grading. At intersections of street centerlines, iron pin monuments, as specified above, shall be placed in iron pin boxes approved by the County Engineer. References to street centerline intersections are sufficient until streets are improved.
   (B)   Lots. On lots, iron pin monuments ¾ inches in diameter and 30 inches long shall be placed on all lot corners and at all points on property lines where there is a change in direction.
   (C)   A registered surveyor shall certify the installation of iron pins, stone monuments and monument boxes.
