§ 151.116 DRAINAGE AND STORM SEWER STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   All culverts shall extend not less than 18 feet on each side of the centerline of the street, measured at right angles to the centerlines, but they must extend between street side ditches.
   (B)   Pipe culverts under driveways shall not be less than 12 inches in diameter and 24 feet in length, shall be reinforced concrete and shall be laid so as to maintain the flowline of the ditch, and such installations shall be approved by the Village Council and the County Engineer.
   (C)   All culverts shall be designed according to Manning's Formula and the federal Highway Administration Nomographs or other approved methods. All calculations shall be shown.
   (D)   All storm water drainage improvements shall be constructed to the specifications of the County Engineer and shall be in conformance with current “Construction and Material Specifications” of the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio, as they pertain to this type of improvement.
