(A) The responsible county and village officials are the County Engineer and the Village Council concerned.
(B) Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of the street in all residential subdivisions where the predominant lot width is 60 feet or less. Sidewalks may be required on one side of the street or both sides, where the predominant lot width is greater than 60 feet, but less than 150 feet.
(C) Public sidewalks may be required for commercial and industrial subdivisions if deemed necessary by the Commission.
