§ 151.107 CURB AND GUTTER STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   A satisfactory substitute may be authorized by the Commission if requested by the subdivider and approved by the County Engineer.
   (B)   The overall width of curb and gutter shall not exceed 2½ feet and shall be approved by the County Engineer.
   (C)   Curbs or curbs and gutters shall be constructed in conformance with the standards established by the County Engineer.
