§ 151.035 INFORMAL CONSULTATION.
   Prior to the preparation of the preliminary plan of a subdivision, the subdivider or his agent may consult informally with the Planning Commission, the County Engineering Department and the Erie Regional Planning staff in order to familiarize himself with the Subdivision Regulations.
