§ 35.03 SCHOOLING OF OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   The Council may send any of the officers and firefighters of its Fire Department to schools of instruction designed to promote the efficiency of firefighters, and, if authorized in advance, pay their necessary expenses from the funds used for the maintenance and operation of the Fire Department.
