(A) The Erie County Stormwater Management Rules, Regulations and Erosion Control (a copy of which is attached to Ordinance 1995-0-36) are adopted and fully incorporated herein, as the rules regulating drainage and abating erosion within the village. Council designates the Erie County Engineer as the enforcement administrator of the regulations.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall receive the penalty provided by law. Each day a violation continues to exist may be considered a separate offense.
