In all areas of special flood hazards where base flood elevation data have been provided as set forth in § 150.06 (Basis for Establishing the Areas of Special Flood Hazard), § 150.23(B) (Use of Other Base Flood Elevation and Floodway Data), or § 150.71 (Subdivisions and Large Developments), the following provisions are required as set forth in this subchapter.
