§ 139.01 ABUSE OF CORPSE.
   (A)   No person, except as authorized by law, shall treat a human corpse in a way that he knows would outrage reasonable family sensibilities.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of abuse of a corpse, a misdemeanor of the second degree. (R.C. § 2927.01) ('81 Code § 139.01) Penalty, see § 130.99
