§ 34.13 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.
   The Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to create a Law Enforcement Trust Fund which will allow the Police Department to keep forfeited property obtained through the prosecution of criminal activity.
