§ 34.09 DISPOSITION OF FINES AND PENALTIES.
   All fees, costs, fines, and penalties collected by the Marshal, including, but not limited to, fines and penalties received from Erie County Juvenile Court, Erie County Court of Common Pleas, Erie County Court, forfeitures and/or monies from any other source derived, shall immediately be paid to the Mayor, who shall report to the Council monthly the amount thereof, from whom and for what purpose collected, and when paid to the Mayor. There shall be documentation of the receipt of fees, costs, fines, and penalties by the Mayor that shows what the monies from the Police Department represent in their receipt book. It should include the amount received and the receipts it represents in the Police Department's receipt book. This documentation and the Police Department receipt book shall be the same for the reconciliation of accounts.
