(A) In order to obtain additional funds to computerize the office of the Clerk of the Mayor's Court, including staff expenses related to operating the computer system, fringe benefits, furniture, hardware, software, supplies, training, maintenance of equipment and computers needs studies, and pursuant to R.C. § 1907.261, it is necessary to charge an additional $3 on the filing of each new case.
(B) All fees collected under this section shall be disbursed by the Clerk of the Mayor's Court to the Clerk/Treasurer, to be credited to the Mayor's Court Computer Improvement Fund.
(C) Furthermore, the Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to establish a Mayor's Court Clerk of Court's Computer Improvement Fund in accordance with R.C. § 5705.09. The use of these funds shall be in accordance with R.C. § 1907.261.
