§ 131.25 INJURY TO PROPERTY BY HUNTERS.

(A) No person in the act of hunting, pursuing, taking, or killing a wild animal, shall act in a negligent, careless, or reckless manner so as to injure property. (R.C. § 1533.171(A))

(B) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (R.C. § 1533.99(C))
