§ 31.28 SEAL OF CLERK.
   The Council shall provide a seal for the Clerk, in the center of which shall be the name of the village, and around the margin “Village Clerk,” an impression of which seal shall be affixed to all transcripts, orders, certificates, or other papers requiring authentication.
