§ 112.07 EXCEPTIONS; WHEN LICENSE NOT REQUIRED.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person who sells produce on Kelleys Island from the Kelleys Island property where such produce is grown, nor to any sale at wholesale to a retail dealer.
