§ 110.01 LICENSES REQUIRED TO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN TRADES, BUSINESSES, OR PROFESSIONS.
   No person shall engage in any business, trade, or profession without first applying for and obtaining a license from the Clerk or other duly authorized issuing authority except those businesses, trades or professions who are regulated by Chapters 111, 112, and 113 of this title.
