§ 100.06 PROHIBITION AGAINST HUNTING DEER WITH FIREARMS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt, or take deer on Kelleys Island with a gun, or possess a deer that was taken with a gun on or from Kelleys Island. Deer may only be hunted, pursued or taken with archery equipment on Kelleys Island.

(B) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
