§ 100.04 HUNTING WHERE PERMITTED; EXCEPTIONS.

(A) Except as set forth in § 100.02, hunting shall only be permitted within the village in the Kelleys Island State Park, in accordance with the specifications on the map entitled "Official Map of the Hunting Areas at Kelleys Island State Park, July 1, 1993" as published by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

(B) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
