§ 99.02 RESTRICTIONS; PERMITS.

(A) No person shall conduct a porch, yard, garage or any other similar sale more than three times in any calendar year; nor shall any sale last more than three consecutive days.

(B) No person shall conduct a porch, yard, garage or any other similar sale without obtaining a permit from the Village Clerk for a fee of $5.
