(A) No person shall operate any powercraft within the territorial waters of the village for the purpose of powercraft racing, practicing for a powercraft racing event, or otherwise operate a powercraft without a muffler system as required by R.C. § 1547.31.
(B) For the purpose of this section, POWERCRAFT means any vessel propelled by machinery, fuel, rockets, or similar device. (R.C. 1547.01(A)(4))
(C) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense. On each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
