(A) The speed limit in the area outside 100 to 500 yards from any marina, boat docking facility, boat gasoline dock, launch ramp, recreational boat harbor or harbor entrance on the south shore, from Seaway Marina to the Navorska Dock within the territorial jurisdiction of the village, pursuant to R.C. § 1547.61, is 20 m.p.h.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
