§ 97.09 AIRPORT MASTER PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   Council hereby adopts and approves the Master Plan for the Municipal Airport as prepared by its consulting engineer, contingent upon its approval by the FAA. A copy of the Airport Master Plan is on file at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and is expressly incorporated by reference herein.
