Any individual or group making a reservation for use of the municipal airport shall be responsible for any and all damage or vandalism to the airport arising out of the individual's or group's use of the municipal airport. The liability of the user is not limited to the amount of the deposit. Any individual or group making a reservation for use of the municipal airport shall also procure liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate and name the village as an additional insured on such policy, or the individual or group shall agree, in writing, to indemnify and hold harmless the village, Village Council, its employees, agents, or representatives for any and all claims which may be made against the village, arising out of his, hers, theirs, or its use of the facility.
