The Airport Committee shall adopt rules and regulations for the operation of the village airport, and from time to time amend the same, and shall submit the rules and any amendments thereto to Council for their approval, by motion. The Airport Committee shall also designate areas for transient and seasonal parking, and from time to time amend the same, and shall submit an Airport Layout Plan showing such designated parking and any amendments thereto to the Council for their approval by motion. Thereafter, the rules, regulations, and designated parking layout shall be posted and be in full force and effect subject to the penalty provisions of this chapter.
