The individual or group making a reservation for use of the facilities listed in § 96.20 shall be responsible for any and all damage or vandalism to the facility. The liability of the user is not limited to the amount of the deposit. The individual or group making a reservation herein shall also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the village, Village Council, its employees, agents, or representatives for any and all claims against the village, arising out of his or its use of the facility.
